This is the kitchen and family room combination. I love the ceramic tile; being on the river, it's much needed. You can sit at the kitchen table or anywhere in the family room and have a wonderful view of the river. The laundry room has a really nice pantry for storage. One sliding glass door leads to a 10-foot deck, and the other sliding door leads to the huge screened-in porch.
